ASEF Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms of Use define the relationship between ASEF Management (the Data Controller) and any user ("User") who makes a ride booking via the ASEF platform. By validating a booking, the User agrees unconditionally to these Terms and waives any conflicting purchase conditions.
Users confirm they have legal capacity to book rides for personal use only.
ASEF Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updates apply immediately upon booking confirmation.
Available rides and services are shown on ASEF according to current availability and conditions. Prices shown reflect the applicable fees on the booking date.
Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment methods include:
Cash payment at authorized partner locations using a pre-reservation reference.
Secure online payment via ASEF’s trusted payment provider.
Booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
Users must select their ride option and confirm booking details. Bookings are final and non-modifiable after confirmation.
Users can create an account to manage bookings. Account closure requests can be submitted anytime via ASEF’s contact channels.

Users have the right to cancel their ride booking before a driver accepts the ride request, without penalty or fees. Once a driver accepts the ride, cancellation policies and any applicable fees or conditions will apply.
Users also have a right to withdraw booking within 7 days of confirmation, if the ride has not yet been used or taken place, in accordance with Moroccan consumer law.
Refund requests must be sent to ASEF customer service within 7 days. Refunds will be processed within 15 days.
Certain third-party partner tickets may be non-refundable as per their policies.
Only Users with confirmed bookings or tickets may access ASEF rides. After a driver accepts the ride request, the User will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) within the app. The User must provide this OTP to the driver at the start of the ride to verify their identity.
Users must also present valid identification when requested.
In case of overbooking, ASEF will offer alternative transport at no extra cost.
ASEF Management is an intermediary platform and is not liable for incidents occurring during rides. ASEF is not responsible for internet-related issues unless directly caused by ASEF.
All ASEF platform content—including design, logos, text, and data—is the exclusive property of ASEF Management. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users agree to provide accurate personal data necessary for booking and payment, including name, contact, and payment details. ASEF Management processes this data solely to provide its services and shares it only with drivers and payment providers involved in the transaction.
Users may access, modify, or request deletion of their data via their account or by contacting ASEF.
Users may opt-in or opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
ASEF Management monitors accounts to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity such as:
Use of fake identities
Abnormal booking patterns
Abuse of promotions or referral systems
ASEF reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts violating policies without prior notice.
ASEF implements technical and organizational measures to secure the platform and personal data. However, ASEF cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or unforeseen events and is not liable for service interruptions.
